Online dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The European Commission's ODR platform is no longer referenced, as it was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

Liability for content and links

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). We are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity (§§ 8–10 DDG). Our pages contain links to external websites whose content we do not control and for which we accept no liability; the respective provider is responsible. Upon becoming aware of legal violations we will remove such content or links promptly.
